Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 September 2026

This document is our own plain-language drafting. Our solicitor's opinion, received September 2026, covered how these products may lawfully be sold. It was not a review of this document's wording and we do not present it as one.

What we do, and what is yours to do

Our solicitor set out safeguards for a business selling prepared documents and self-help material. We follow them, and they are written here so you can hold us to them.

What this is. An information and document-preparation product. We are not a law firm, a firm of accountants or a tax agent, and nothing we supply is legal, tax or regulatory advice.

We do not represent you. We do not act as your agent. We do not deal with any court, tribunal, regulator or other authority on your behalf, and we do not communicate with any other party on your behalf.

What is yours to do. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us; for reading what we produce; for deciding whether it is right for your circumstances; for making any changes it needs; for signing it where a signature is required; and for filing, sending or using it yourself.

No guarantees. We do not guarantee any legal, tax, regulatory or commercial outcome.

When to get a professional instead. If your situation is complex, disputed, high-value or otherwise not suited to a prepared document, obtain independent professional advice before relying on ours.

Keeping it current. We review and update our products when the law, the regulations, the forms or the official procedures change, and every pack states the date its source material was last checked.

Who operates this site

IncidentReady is a trading name of Harmony Future Holdings Limited, a company registered in Ireland (Company No. 802912), Dublin, Ireland. Contact: hello@incidentready.eu.

What this website is

This website is informational. This site itself stores no payment details: where we offer a secure payment link, the payment is taken by Stripe on its own checkout page. Pilot engagements are scoped and agreed individually by email before any invoice is raised.

Who we sell to

These products are supplied to businesses — companies, sole traders, employers, and professional or public-sector organisations buying for their own compliance work. They are not designed or priced for private consumers, and prices are shown excluding VAT because we supply businesses.

By ordering you confirm you are buying for the purposes of a business. If you are a business in the EU outside Ireland, give us your VAT number at checkout so the reverse charge can be applied.

If you are a consumer and buy anyway, nothing on this page removes the rights the law gives you. We cannot contract out of consumer protection by describing who we sell to, and we do not try to. The cancellation and refund terms below apply to you in full, and you can email us and we will refund you.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed on this site by card. Choosing a pack takes you to Stripe's own checkout page, where the payment is taken — this site stores no payment details. A contract is formed when Stripe confirms your payment, not by browsing this site. Prices shown on this site are in euro and exclude VAT; VAT is calculated at checkout according to where you are, and the total you approve there is the amount charged. Delivery is digital, by email. Where we agree a pilot or invoiced order instead, it is scoped and agreed by email before any invoice is raised.

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content that right is lost once delivery begins — but only if you first gave express consent to delivery inside the 14 days and acknowledged that you were giving the right up. If you were never asked, your 14-day right survives delivery and we will refund you on request. Any pilot guarantee offered on this site is in addition to your statutory rights, never instead of them, and nothing here limits rights you have by law.

When delivery starts is your choice. Before it takes your payment, the checkout asks you to choose one of two things, and you have to answer to continue.

We read your answer before we send anything. Choosing to wait costs you nothing and we will not press you to change it.

These sale terms are written by us in plain language to follow the operating safeguards set out in our solicitor's written opinion of 11 September 2026. They will be updated if that advice changes.

Before we prepare your document

Before we prepare anything for you, we ask you to confirm by reply to our order email that: (1) the facts you have given us are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge; (2) you understand the document is prepared from those facts by software, is not legal, tax or other professional advice, and has not been reviewed by a qualified person; (3) you will review every page, make any changes needed, sign where required, and submit it yourself by any deadline shown — we do not file, send or communicate with any authority or other party on your behalf; and (4) if you buy as a consumer, you ask us to begin now and understand that the 14-day right to cancel is lost once we do. We keep your confirmation with the order.

Not professional advice

The content of this site, and the honest-limits section on our home page, say plainly what our products are and are not. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and you should obtain qualified professional advice before relying on any regulatory information.

Complaints, corrections and claims

If something is wrong, email hello@incidentready.eu with your order reference and what you believe is wrong. We acknowledge within two working days.

Corrections. If a document contains an error in our content — a wrong date, a wrong deadline basis, an out-of-date rule — we correct it and re-issue the document at no charge, and we record the correction against the version of the material it came from so that later documents carry the fix. If the error came from the facts supplied to us, we re-issue on request at the current price of the product.

Refunds. If a document cannot be corrected to do what its description says, we refund the price paid.

Claims. If you believe you have suffered a loss from relying on a document, write to us at hello@incidentready.eu. We keep a record of each order, the document issued, and the version of the material and software that produced it, and we respond in writing. Nothing in this procedure limits your statutory rights.
